If you have to cancel within 48 hours of our date, please remit 100% of the discussed fee using your original form of deposit. I decline other offers and make time-intensive arrangements to see you—let’s stay on good terms and leave the door open for a future meeting.

In the unlikely event that I have to cancel, I'll refund your deposit via the original method within one day.

If meeting in public, bring your remaining balance in cash in a gift bag, good book or other creative container and present it immediately. Let’s never start off on the wrong foot by delaying this gesture.

When meeting in private, present your gift promptly and with good humor. I’m not awkward about this facet of our relationship and you needn’t be either!
